Racheiskov, Nikita Sevastyanov (died in 1866) is an Old Believer iconographer of the St. Philipp soglasie (agreement). A native of the Samara gubernia, he lived for many decades in St. Petersburg working on commissions from the Old Believer merchants and connoisseurs of antiquity who rallied around the Society of Connoisseurs of Medieval Writings. For many years, Racheiskov was on a friendly footing with Russian writer Nikolai S. Leskov who kept a collection of his icons and penned a sketch about him entitled «О художном муже Никите и о совоспитанных ему» (About painter Nikita and those brought up likewise). The iconographer was a prototype of the icon-painter Sevastian from his short story The Sealed Angel.
