On the left is a full-length image of the Mother of God holding a scroll. On the right are saints facing her in prayer:
1st tier: the Venerable Niphontos
the venerable Tikhon, the venerable Agapius;
2nd tier: the holy martyr Medost, holy martyr Blaise, holy martyr Florus, holy martyr Laurus, holy grand martyr Theodor.
3rd tier: St. Simeon, the holy prophet Elijah, holy martyr Antipas, holy martyr Necetas, the venerable Sergius of Radonezh
4th tier: St. Basil the Great, St. Gregory the Theologian, St. John Chrysostom, St. Nicholas the Wonderworker.
5th tier: the Archangel Michael, John the Baptist, the holy Apostle Peter, the holy Apostle Paul.
The kneeling saints: the holy martyress Parasceva, holy martyress Vassa
