In the centerpiece is represented shoulder-length depiction of great martyress Parasceva. In the upper corners of the centerpiece are half-figures of Christ with the Gospel book and the Mother of God with the omophorion in Her hands. Below, at the sides of the halo of the saint, are shown pair waist-length depictions of saint Nicholas the Wonderworker, Theodosius of Pechory, great martyress Barbara and martyress Pelagia. On the borders are saint martyrs-unmercenaries Cosmas and Damian.
