Saint warriors led by the Archangel Michael move in three rows from the burning city of the “infidels” symbolizing Kazan, to Heavenly Jerusalem symbolizing Moscow. The heavenly city is represented as a church inside the “glory” circles with the Mother of God and the Child seated on a throne. They hand the triumphant wreath to the hovering angels.
