It is a copy of the miracle-working icon of Our Lady of Chernigov-Ilyinskoye. Our Lady is depicted full-face, Her head is slightly inclined towards the Divine Child sitting on Her left arm. Our Lady’s right arm is turned to Her Son.The Divine Child is depicted full-face. His right hand is raised in a gesture of blessing, His left Hand is holding a scroll placed on His lap.
