In the upper part of the icon is a five-figured Deesis. In the centerpiece is the figure of the Mother of God with a scroll in hand and in prayer to God in the segment of heaven. In the rear front is an architectural complex (possibly the Bogolyubov Convent).
Deposited in the Museum in 1976.
