Origin: From the iconostasis of Cathedral of the Nativity of the Holy Virgin of the St. Antony monastery.

Material: Wood, tempera

Setting's material: Silver

Dimensions:  height 66,2 cm, width 55,8 cm

The icon depicts the scene of the Ascension of Our Lord. In the lower part of the icon are the twelve apostles and the Holy Virgin with the angels. Above, in the center, against a mandorla supported by the angels, is the figure of Jesus Christ.
